After a Google search for "highly rated Asian restaurant" led us here, we can see why 1618 Asian Fusion was the top result. This Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese fusion spot is incredible, with off-the-chart flavors and excellent service. Our party of four tried a variety of items, starting with the steamed dumplings, which were the perfect way to get our appetites warmed up. For our main courses, I had the chicken pad Thai, and it might just be the best I've ever tasted. My daughter had the chicken fried rice, and it was a total flavor bomb. My wife’s General Tso Chicken was also phenomenal—the crispiness is hard to describe, but it was just perfect. Our server, Alex, was a joy. He had a great sense of humor and made our lunch even more enjoyable. The parking seemed a little odd at first since the restaurant is located in what looks like an apartment complex, but the retail spots were clearly labeled, and it wasn't an issue. I only mention it for awareness, don't let it deter you from giving this place a try, even if it's busy. 1618 Asian Fusion is a fantastic spot and well worth the visit!

I have only ordered to go from here. I decided to take my family here. They have a vast menu! We ordered way too much food. The spring rolls are made very nicely, the sticky rice with Chinese sausage was very good. The stir fry noodles were way too greasy. The shaking filet was delicious. Our service was spectacular. They had live music too which was a nice bonus.

Fantastic Asian fusion restaurant! There’s something for everyone on the menu. It took us so long to order because we wanted to try everything! Food was delicious, beautifully prepared and presented, service was fantastic and the vibe was just right. We will definitely come back to try out more dishes.

My experience at the restaurant was great. Although I had to wait about 45 minutes, it didn’t feel long because I explored the nearby river. I ordered the lamb rack, crispy pad Thai, and rib pho, all of which were delicious. I can agree that Asian fusion is a blend of multiple Asian cuisines. The service was excellent; our server was kind, but she did forget an extra bowl that we had requested, among a couple of other minor things. Given the restaurant's popularity, she might have been busy and overwhelmed with tasks to remember. The atmosphere was also enjoyable. It wasn't too loud, and the lighting was just right—not too bright or too dim. There was live music, with artists performing on stage, and they sounded amazing. They even kindly sang "Happy Birthday" to someone at the table next to us. Overall, I would recommend this place. The 45-minute to an hour wait was worth it since you don't have to stand in line; you can occupy yourself with other activities while you wait.

Loved the Thai Tum Yum & Fried Rice served in a coconut—aromatic, slightly smoky, and packed with juicy shrimp and sweet pineapple, with a fun tropical presentation that felt special. The dining room felt cozy and inviting with warm lighting, perfect for an unhurried meal. Friendly, attentive service and fair prices—would gladly return.
